You will proceed next to the ASAP UK on-line payments process using PayPal.
There you will need to fill in the TOTAL payment amount, comprising appropriate subscription or fee amount, with VAT added (calculated at the current UK VAT rate of 17.5%).

New Full Membership of ASAP and ASAPTech: £350+£61.25 = £411.25
Renewal of Full membership (special rates currently apply - see renewal invoice for correct amount+VAT)
SME Special Interest Group Full Membership: £200+£35 = £235
Basic Membership: £125+£21.88 = £146.88
Event Fee (Basic Member): £45+£7.88 = £52.88
Event Fee (non-member): £95+£16.63 = £111.63

Making ASAP payments by PayPal (you may like to print these instructions before proceeding):
1. This facility is only for for payments in GBP by people resident and with card registered in the UK.
2. Enter amount of payment including VAT in empty box and press "Update Totals"
3. On the next page you will be invited to use an existing PayPal account or to join Paypal. Ignore this, as you do NOT need to be a PayPal member to make your ASAP payment.
4. Select "continue" near bottom of the page ( Note: if you are a PayPal member and try to use the credit card linked to your PayPal account you will be prompted to use that account, or change to a different card)
5. Enter your card details, a phone number and the email address where you want your payment statement to be sent.
6. Press "Review Order and Continue"
7. On next screen, please enter the description of your payment e.g. Event, Conference Fee, ASAP subscription. This helps us to recognise the payment correctly. The place to do this is hard to find - you must expand the small link at the top LH side of the screen to show the text box.
8. Confirm the payment. You will be returned to the original website and a confirmation will be sent to your chosen email address.
9. If required, we will issue you with a VAT receipt separately - just request that by email.
